Here at Withnell Dodge, we only offer you, our loyal customers, the best, most reliable, and—of course—the most performance-oriented vehicles on the market. We take great pride in it, in fact. But after getting our first look at the all-new 2015 Ram Heavy Duty truck line, we’ve got to admit that even we are impressed with just how capable these babies are.
Dodge boasts that the new Heavy Duty is best in class in no less than three major performance categories—torque, towing capacity, and payload capacity—and that’s still an understatement. These 2015 Heavy Duty trucks don’t just narrowly edge out the competition; they grind it to nothing underneath their big tires. The new 6.7L Cummins engine gives it 865 lb-ft of torque, helps it to a 30,000 lb. towing capacity (on the 3500 model), and a payload of 7,390 lbs (also on the 3500).
“Ram maintains leadership throughout its pickup line by offering best-in-class fuel efficiency with our Ram 1500 EcoDiesel at 28 MPG, best-in-class towing at 30,000 pounds, best-in-class power at 865 lb.-ft. and best-in-class payload at 7,390 pounds with our Ram 3500,” said Bob Hegbloom, head of the Ram Truck Brand. “Ram owns best-in-class attributes in the areas that are most important to truck customers.”
If you want to own a truck that dominates both on and off the paved road, a truck that is more than capable of any task you set before it, then swing by Withnell sometime soon to check out these Heavy Duty pickups.
